323 Royalty-Free Audio Tracks for "Drum Like"

This is the original 8-second drum loop that i ran through akaizer for my "sci-fi ambient drone" upload. It's creative commons cc0, so please treat it as public domain. You can use it in any commercial or non-commercial media for free, no restrictions. I took a quick 8-second drum loop from my teenage engineering po-33 (ko) and ran it through a free time-stretching/pitch-shifting program called akaizer. This program is based on old samplers like the akai s1000 that had extremely artifact-heavy time-stretching and pitch-shifting features. If you slow a sound down enough, the final product tends to sound harsh and electric. Akaizer turned my 8-second drum loop into 2 minutes and 38 seconds of harsh, bassy noise. As you can hear from my other uploads, the results are so different it's almost unrecognizable. Definitely worth trying yourself!.

Welcome to rome. We needed some drum cadences for julius caesar and i was unable to find any i really liked so we grabbed our orchestra drummer here at the theater and we came up with 13 different cadences for us including jfk's funeral march. Most are done on snare and then again on a single tom, easily looped for duration. They have no verb on them so you can add as you desire for your space. Hellohere is my first entry and a lot is waiting to come later. This sample is made with reaktor4. The ensemble i used is called ttool. Only a straight drumloop with a decent 303ish line in it. I placed region for looping and a marker for shorter loop,too. Its a simple 4x4ish beat,so u can change (sample) easy-er the way you need it. Normalised at 0,1db. Hope u like it. I wanted to prove you could make an 808 bass in tripleoscillator (lmms) without a vst. I've never made hip-hop before. This is not a complete song, so i'm thinking it should be used as a series of loops in something like mixxx:. 0:00-0:07: intro0:07-0:20: loop 1 (fewer hi-hats)0:20-0:34: loop 2 (sprinkly hi-hats)0:34-0:42: loop 3 (just pads mostly)0:42-1:03: loop 4 (basically the same as loop 2 but with arp)1:03-end: outro. I put like zero effort into it fyi so i'm not offended if you don't like it. Also, no need to credit me, in fact, it's so low effort i'd almost rather you didn't ;).

Thought this would make the perfect, very unique style to use drums as filler background music during a very important statement or speech. This track is a little over two minutes long and has just enough soft beats to not distract the listener to what is being said. This was recorded using a yamaha keyboards guitarpop style drum rhythm, audacity & a little improvisation. I must admit. . . I like what i hear and i think - so will you!. No acknowledgement to me is necessary but maybe a shout-out to yamaha would seem in order.

A friend and i have carefully re-created a sound very similar to his boom sound from scratch using thor synths and reverb in reason 7 and cubase with some tweaking in soundforge. This one's totally public domain, creative commons, non-attribution pro-commercial use! and it sounds just like herbert's. Remember,. This is not herbert boland's sound. Layered synthesis of the sound of a big hit. 1 layer. Recorded sound of a blow to the pillow (take with a percussion tint)2 layer. Recorded sound of a blow to the pillow (double low kick)3 layer. Recorded sound of a blow to the pillow (variation of a low-kick double with a low pitch and a different attack phase)4 layer. The sound of a low-frequency sweep, like in a synthetic bass drum, obtained on a synthesizer. )an additional layer of metal impact (recorded by me) is not present in all variations of the sound presented. Each layer was subjected to quite extreme compression and equalization. A bit of overdrive is present. Well, convolutional reverb.

Three snaps aligned together with reverb added for percussion or whatever. I made it for producing and i thought i'd put it up on here. Heavily pounding bassdrum originally made from 10 litre bottle punching sounds recorded with my fake shure c608 mic and heavily processed by adding some modulations, distortions, layering some attack and setting bass part (under 200 hz) to mono. Will be nice choice to produce hip-hop drums, or experimental techno also for making cinematic thunder-like booms.

This is a set of drum set interpretations of the baião pattern. Kit used was a 16" kick, dampened, but not stuffed to sound more like a surdo, a 14" ludwig snare, one riveted ride cymbal and hi hats. Simply recorded with a single sm57 but they are clear sounding loops. I'd be interested in hearing anything you use them in :).

Another very old production, i think this one's from around 2009 even!. Using the reverb of a chord i made on my guitar i created a drone-y, washed out sound. Added some subtle bitcrushed drums, cymbals and a vst synthesizer plays some notes to fill it out a bit, and a dark brooding bass-like instrument pulls up near the end of the track.

Nice moody soft piano loop at 160bpm, might work for liquid dnb vibes, use it how you like!. Piano was spitfire labs soft piano and put through a short reverb processed with a granulator. Enjoy :). Please note: there are some squeaking sounds but this is part of the preview, when you download it these sounds will be gone.

I'm trying hard to learn/understand nlc genie. Bought the module 3rd hand. . . At least. Trying to replicate the sounds from andrews demo videos are to learn. 2 tri lfos to in1/2 and in2/3. Out- to wave folder and out+ to cv in on vco. The bass drum like sound is another story. But modulated by a nlc sloth. . .

Real recording of an ar15 layered minimally with a kick drum for sub-bass region and trigger sound and processed with some plugins like transient designers, multiband compression and clipping. Eq was used for tonal shaping and frequency cutting here and there for a more polished sound. Single shot recording assembled into a burst fire loop. Made in ableton live. Enjoy.

A whole buddhism ceremony in nepal. The ceremony was open for tourists. In the beginning of the recording monks play plates, drums and horns. In the middle of the recording the monks practice their ceremony with drums and without drums only repeating something that sounds like a mantra. In the end of the recording the monks play plates, drums and horns again. Recorded with zoom h2 in kathmandu in nepal in spring 2015.

This is almost the same kick drum i´ve uploaded previously, but this has more compression and overtones in the sub bass, along with an interesting technique i´ve been doing, lemme explain. . . I put the original sample twice in my daw (fl studio if you ask),leave the first sound like it is and the second sample is being equalized in a way that only the sub bass is being showed, so i added to that the saturation plugin ivgi2 from klangheim industries and slammed it with the plugin ott by xfer records about 9 times. Equalized the sound again to cut the sub bass and leave the raw high end sound you hear, finally added an izotope ozone imager to make it wider.

Had this swinging drum-beat going on in my head. Got it out and put a simple synth-line on top of it. I thought i'd keep it simple. Did it for something called victors crypt but i think it would suit anything strange, cool, weird, dark, goofy, spooky, creepy, fun. . . Anything you can think of actually!. Some eerie mysterious sci-fi-ish music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. This came out a bit "spacey" wuth a steady beat with both drum machine and sampled drums on it together. In the bottom is a cool bass arp doing the main "riff". Then i added spacey shit on top of it in various melodies. 'could be usefull in anything mysterious, thrilling, suspence, sci-fi snd more. A heartbeat sound i made, complete with some gurgling, blood-rushing sounds. Just uploaded a version without the gurgling, in case you prefer the way that sounds. To make this, i took a kick-drum sample and a snare-drum sample, and made a loop of kick-snare, kick-snare, kick-snare, over and over. After that, i eq'd out the more drum-like parts of each sample, added reverb to dull it, a chorus plugin and some compression to remove some of the drums' attack. . . Basically processed the hell out of them. To get the blood gurgling sound, i filled a water-bottle almost all the way full and turned it sideways, so i had a massive air-bubble floating around. I then tilted the bottle back and forth in front of my blue yeti usb condenser mic, so you could hear the air-bubble swishing. I had to be pretty gentle, because if you rock the horizontal bottle too much, the bubble moves too fast and makes a fake-sounding "gloomp. ". When i was happy with it, i mixed the heartbeat sound and the gurgling sounds so they'd work well together. Both the sounds were in mono, so i used a free plugin called wok ms-t on both of them to create a fake hard-panned stereo effect. I wanted it to sound like you'd been running, and were hearing the heartbeat in your ears. I think it turned out pretty cool. .

The putipu'ù is a percussion instrument used in neapolitan folk music and, generally speaking in the folk music of much of southern italy. (an alternative name is "caccavella". ) the name putipù is onomatopoeia for the "burping" sound the instrument makes when played. The instrument consists of a membrane stretched across a resonating chamber, like a drum. Instead of the membrane being stuck, however, a handle is used to compress air rhythmically within the chamber. The air then spurts audibly out of the not-quite-hermetic seal that fastens the membrane to the clay or metal body of the instrument.

Made this moody dance-friendly tune in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's sort of happy, a bit up-tempo and dance-friendly but has this eerie anxious undertone. That's why i named it "dancing in dispair". Did a bassline along with a beat to start it off. Then i added some minor chords and synths with a lot of room to create a spookiness in it. An almost similar snare sound to that of idioteque in radiohead's 2000 album kid a. Though it is meant for experimental style, i think it would work with any form of electronic music. It was created by resonating noise from audacity, filtering it, fading it out, stretching it and compressing it. It has a characteristic sustain to it. Imagine it as a mix of a gunshot, cymbal, shaker and snare. Feel free to use it in any way you like. If you ever use it publicly or commercially, notify me so that i can hear how you used it.

I made a synth snare sound by using deflemask to make it. I also did this with the synth kick sound, too. Do whatever you want with this (like sounds or music) and credit me if you want as pk superstar256 (in a fan project) or ismo-kun games (in a commercial project). Yes, you can use this in things that can make you money, just don't make money off of this sound of its entirety in unedited form. Author's notes: "i was thinking of processing this and the kick sound with distortion and bass boosting, but i decided to leave them unedited. ".

Dont ask why this is named like that lol, made using a lot of layers but the fundamental of the snare is synthesized, distorted the first miliseconds of the sample to make an snappy transient and make it cut throught the mix. For the process i used analog modelled plugins such as exciters, tube saturators, preamps, coloring eqs, and compressors alongside with some digital modelled plugins such as camelcrusher, transient shaper and sliceeq both by kilohearts, the compressor mjucjr ny klanghelm to amplify the waveform of the sample and finally a clipshifter plugin, which i love it, to limit the snare aggresively.

Recorded on september 4, 2020 on an ipad. Some parts or maybe even all of it may sound like just noise to some people. It was recorded in a government fenced in square. So there are buildings on 3 sides of my location and a gated entrance at the front. It is mainly drums that are played for a dragon dance. These dances are performed at special occasions, such as a new business opening. There is a troop of about 8 people there to perform the dance. For the first half of the recording, the two dragons (four people) were preparing and they were actually performing the dance for the second half of this recording.
